SCADA Systems
SCADA stands for Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition and SCADA systems are used in a variety of applications where organisation require improved oversight of a process and an ability to accumulate data for later analysis.
The problem is that SCADA systems are generally sophisticated and very expensive not just to install but to maintain. Process changes require programmer time to adjust the SCADA system. That is not a problem for big process installations but where a more simple SCADA system is required the cost can be prohibitive.
Data Acquisition Networks have a Data Acquisition System that provides visibility to data and which can be installed and operated for a fraction of the cost of more conventional systems. DAN systems are easy to install, inexpensive to operate and very reliable.
