Many data loggers either provide a chart recorder that anyone can look at or provide a facility to download data to a connected PC. These loggers offer little if any security of your data.

DAN data loggers store data on a website where it can be viewed only through authorised password access. The administrator of the system can issue new passwords or revoke and discontinued passwords as often as he/she likes.

Some passwords can have restricted access and privileges. Some users may only be issued with a password that enables them to see a portion of the data whereas others may have full access.
