Control

1. Applies lubricant in measured quantities.
2. Counts axles between applications.
3. Lubrication cycle length and frequency set up easily online.
4. Alerts staff if hydraulic line or connections have been broken.
5. Automatic time out and alert if applicator has not completed cycle.
6. Can suspend operation during rain or snow if required.
7. All control functions can be set up and viewed from anywhere online*.

Alarms

1. Can send text messages and emails on alarm.
2. Alarms on hydraulic failure.
3. Records and alerts door open and closed.
4. Can alarm if lubricant level is low and confirm when full.
5. Tamper alarm for Solar Panel security.
6. Battery fault alarm.
7. Battery temperature alarm.

Data Monitoring

1. Records all axle counts and lubrication cycles to internet.
2. Records train frequency and times to internet.
3. Records all alarm details and actions taken.
4. Accepts local data by service engineers so service record is immediately on line.
5. Data can be accessed from anywhere using internet browser and security login.
6. Records battery voltage and temperature.

*Assumes GPRS or 3G coverage. Satellite communications cannot support remote setup, only reporting from the device.
